JLK Architects convert derelict office building into 36 apartments to regenerate town centre.8/11/2017 A multi-million pound revamp of a former office building in Halesowen has been given the civic seal of approval.
Councillor Dave Tyler officially opened the 36-apartment Mayberry Place. More than £2.5million has been spent redeveloping the vacant building and Councillor Tyler said the investment was a welcome boost for the area, "I was delighted to officially unveil this new development in Halesowen. It’s always good to see people assisting in the regeneration of town centres by trying to bring back living accommodation."
